Sgarzi Associates worked with Genesis Planners to assist Lesley University with a quick and effective study of various sites for a new gymnasium building, located in an urban setting.

The building program includes a new competition gymnasium, a comprehensive weights and fitness center, multi-purpose dance studios, athletic department offices, the sport medicine suite and locker rooms.

Sgarzi Associates developed creative building diagrams for two preferred sites for the University to further evaluate and consider. Due to the importance of fitting into densely developed neighborhoods, multiple parking options were developed and design options included renderings from street views. The preferred schemes were accompanied by complete cost estimates with allowances for total project costs.
